Early Learning at GT Childcare
At GT Childcare, our mission is to provide a nurturing, child-focused environment where young learners can develop socially, physically, emotionally, and cognitively. Our highly trained professionals are dedicated to guiding children through their early learning journey, fostering growth and exploration in a safe, engaging space.
Infants
The Infant program caters to children up to roughly 18 months. Our program focuses on developmental goals such as physical anatomy (sitting and standing), understanding sounds, self feeding and coordination. This age is about exploration and experiencing their environment through their senses, play and connection.
Toddlers
From roughly 18 months to 3 years old, toddlers are eager to explore their environment and to find independence. As they begin to have more structure in our day, our educators focus on building stronger bonds with them and their peers. With smaller groups, educators focus on their interests and activities with learning outcomes including language development, socialization, self-help skills and the development of fine and gross motor skills.
Preschool
Designed for children between the ages of 2.5 - 5 years old, preschoolers are excited to engage with the world around them. Our play based program focuses on learning fundamental skills, laying the groundwork for fundamental skills for Kindergarten. Children are learning lessons on sharing, respect, independence and problem solving during this exciting stage of development. New discoveries through music, art, number, letter recognition, puzzles, games and science, are just around the corner at the stage!
